Couples and Relationship Counselling

Support for communication, conflict, disconnection, trust, and finding your way back to one another.

  • Couples

Relationships can bring both deep connection and moments of hurt, frustration, or disconnection. It can be difficult to feel heard and understood when emotions run high. Relationship counselling offers a supportive space to slow down, understand one another more deeply, and work toward greater trust, communication, and connection

  • Family Counselling

It’s easy to feel disconnected or misunderstood in our closest relationships. The hardest work is learning to communicate openly and truly understand one another. Navigating this path can be challenging, but with the right support, it can also be deeply rewarding. Family counselling provides a safe space to explore relationships, build trust, and find new ways of connecting and moving forward together.

$175-225 per 60 minute session based on group size

  • Group Counselling

Being part of a group can offer opportunities for connection, understanding, and growth. It can also bring challenges in communication and relationships. Group counselling provides a supportive space to explore patterns, share perspectives, and build greater awareness of ourselves and one another.

You might be looking for support because…

  • You keep having the same arguments without feeling understood.

  • Conversations quickly become defensive, overwhelming, or disconnected.

  • One or both of you are carrying old hurts or distrust.

  • You want to rebuild connection after a difficult period.

  • You are navigating a major transition, such as parenting, work, health, or other changes in your lives.

  • You struggle to communicate your needs without feeling criticized or misunderstood.

  • You want support before patterns become more difficult to shift.

  • You care about your relationship but aren't sure how to move forward together.

Relationships and Neurodivergence

Relationships can become particularly complicated when partners experience communication, sensory input, emotions, routines, or capacity differently.

I offer neuroaffirming relationship counselling for couples where ADHD, autism, AuDHD, sensory sensitivity, burnout, masking, or differences in communication and regulation are part of the relationship.

Rather than treating these differences as something that one partner needs to “fix,” we can explore how each person's needs, experiences, and ways of communicating shape the relationship—and what might help you understand and support one another more effectively.
